Come visit with me as I stitch and craft my way from one Christmas to the next - I like to have Christmas projects close by me all year. I have a particular fondness for Santas and Angels. If you have the time, leave a comment so I know you've visited.

Two small finishes

The initial Santas are adapted from Vermillion's Sudberry House leaflet "Alphabet Soup" (2005) - the 'E' Santa is as charted (except for the floss colours), but I changed the 'G' Santa to make it the same as the 'E' one (the two little girls I stitched them for are sisters, and right now they do like to have exactly the same as each other).

Lucky sisters, I am sure they will enjoy these next Christmas. I was wondering how large they are.

The completed ornaments are about 7.5cm long and 6 cm wide, Susie. I've stitched quite a few letters from this Santa alphabet over the years, and each time I stitch one I am amazed at the detail in such a small design - it's loaded with fractional stitches and so many floss changes in tiny stitching areas!
